I’ve been coaching for nearly 10 years and joined River City Strength in 2020. I specialize in functional strength, post-rehab training, and injury prevention. My coaching style is patient, structured, and rooted in the belief that training should work with your body, not against it, specifically focusing on helping busy adults build strength safely and sustainably.

I joined River City Strength in 2021 and bring over a decade of coaching experience. A Marine Corps veteran, I’ve worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. I genuinely love the mental side of fitness: watching movement boost mood, build confidence, and make life feel more positive, especially for people navigating real challenges or setbacks. My style is energetic and personal, blending discipline with fun, and I believe every win — no matter how small — is worth celebrating.
